Overview

Unfortunately time and again the EPA rather than doing what is best for the safety of the American people make policy to push the White House's agenda (for decades) or to protect big business.

This is not to say there are not some good people at the EPA. In 2000 an EPA Union (representing 6,000 employees) asked congress for a moratorium on fluoridation of water and recently an EPA whistle blower revealed the EPA suppresses reports skeptical of Global Warming by order of the White House.

The EPA has Suppressed reports skeptical of global warming. Recently the EPA declared CO2 a pollutant; now the EPA will have the power to regulate carbon emissions without the OK from congress. It is a sad day in America when an unelected bureaucracy can give itself the power to completely change our economy and way of life without a vote from congress, the people's representatives.
